We are hiring across several high-impact squads. Depending on your passion, you could be owning:
- ⚡ Checkout & Performance: Crafting the "Cart-to-Checkout" flow. You’ll optimize the most latency-sensitive parts of the app, ensuring reorders and upsells are lightning-fast.
- 📍 Core Experience: Architecting the backbone of the user journey,from address management and social features to ultra-reliable messaging and notifications.
- 💬 Support & Help: Revolutionizing the in-app help experience, integrating smart ticketing and chat platforms to keep our users supported 24/7.
- 🔐 Discovery & Identity: Owning the "front door",Login, Signup, and the high-traffic homepage entry points where every pixel matters.
- 🛍️ Retail Expansion: Shaping the digital storefront for grocers, supermarkets, and high-street retail as we move beyond just food delivery.
The Journey 🛤️
- Drive Excellence: You’ll work in a cross-functional squad (Backend, Web, Product, Design) to take features from a "what if" to a "done."
- Technical Leadership: You aren't just a contributor; you’re a reference point. You’ll mentor peers, lead technical initiatives, and raise the bar for the entire team.
- Modern Engineering: We leverage modern Swift, deep iOS SDK knowledge, and reactive programming. You’ll help us scale our tech stack as our business explodes.
- Full Ownership: You own your deliverables from the first line of code to the final rollout, ensuring high-quality, testable, and observable solutions
What You’ll Bring to the Ride 🏎️
- 6+ years of full-time iOS experience (Swift is your second language).
- Architectural Muscle: Deep knowledge of OOP, software design patterns, and creating robust UI from code (AutoLayout is your bread and butter).
- Quality First: A "must-test" mindset. You believe unit tests are non-negotiable for a stable product.
- Problem Solver: You don’t just fix bugs; you simplify complex systems.
- Curious Mind: You have a "side-obsession" in tech,be it algorithms, CI/CD automation, or performance optimization.
- Bonus Points: If you’ve dabbled in Fullstack (Java/Kotlin), contributed to Open Source, or have a thing for Observability (DataDog/Grafana), we definitely want to talk.
