We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Engineer (SwiftUI / KMP) to take ownership of a modern iOS application, building high-quality native experiences powered by a shared Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) business logic layer.
In this role, you will work closely with backend, platform, and mobile engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure mobile features, while contributing to a shared ecosystem that enables consistency across iOS and Android platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Own, develop, and maintain the iOS application using SwiftUI
- Build modern iOS features using SwiftUI, MVVM architecture, and Swift Concurrency (async/await)
- Integrate and consume backend microservices through a shared Kotlin Multiplatform SDK
- Debug and optimize cross-platform interactions between Swift and Kotlin
- Implement secure authentication flows using MSAL, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
- Manage Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, and Cloud Messaging, including APNs configuration
- Integrate shared KMP modules using Touchlab SKIE for Swift/Kotlin interoperability
- Write and maintain unit and UI tests
- Apply secure token storage using the iOS Keychain
- Support GDPR-compliant consent management integrations
- Develop and maintain secure WebView-based flows, including payments and identity verification
- Contribute to build, release, and CI/CD processes in Azure DevOps
- Support App Store build and distribution processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Swift
- Strong experience developing iOS applications using SwiftUI and MVVM architecture
- Solid understanding of Swift Concurrency (async/await)
- Experience implementing authentication using MSAL, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect
- Hands-on experience with Firebase iOS SDK, including Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, and APNs
- Knowledge of secure token storage using the iOS Keychain
- Strong experience with Xcode, Instruments, and debugging tools
- Experience with dependency management using Swift Package Manager
- Experience working with WKWebView for embedded web flows
- Experience with automated testing using XCTest and XCUITest
- Experience integrating Kotlin Multiplatform modules into iOS applications using tools such as Touchlab SKIE
- Experience working within an Agile development environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with Kotlin and Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) concepts
- Experience with consent management platforms such as OneTrust
- Experience working with cross-platform mobile architectures or shared SDKs
- Knowledge of iOS CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experience managing App Store builds, signing, and distribution
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps
- Have strong hands-on expertise in modern iOS and Swift development
- Are comfortable taking ownership of complex mobile applications
