Responsibilities:
- Client reporting – monthly and quarterly standard and custom reporting
- Investment consultant database management
- Client Onboarding
- Client cash flow activity monitoring and posting
- Facilitating client/advisor requests for internal and external sales teams
- Updating procedure documentation and seeking process improvement
- Additional operations and client service responsibilities depending on experience
- Management of firm’s external service providers
Desired Knowledge and Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in investment management industry – operations experience or client service experience required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly developed organizational skills - ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of financial markets and economic concepts
- Flexible in terms of daily schedule/responsibilities
Desired Systems Knowledge and Experience:
- eVestment Omni and other institutional consultant databases
- Bloomberg and FactSet
- SS&C Advent
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint skills
