We are seeking a talented individual to join our Wealth Investment team at Mercer.
This role will be based in King of Prussia or Philadelphia, PA. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This is a client-facing Investment Consulting role that will primarily support Mercer’s Endowment and Foundation clients, a growing investment practice.
The individual in this role will work closely with senior consultants and internal partners to help deliver investment analysis, portfolio insights, and client service support.
We will count on you to:
- Support senior consultants in servicing endowment and foundation clients across a range of investment advisory needs
- Participate in client meetings and help prepare materials, analysis, and recommendations for client discussions
- Analyze markets, investment managers, portfolios, and investment performance
- Assist in developing investment solutions and portfolio recommendations for clients
- Collaborate with internal teams including investment strategy, portfolio management, research, marketing, and consulting
- Support business development and relationship management efforts alongside senior team members
- Contribute to internal projects and team initiatives as needed
- Continue developing investment knowledge and consulting skills within a collaborative team environment
What you need to have:
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a field relevant to this position
- A minimum of 3 years of experience related to investments, consulting, finance, or a similar field
