Responsibilities:

  • Deal Sourcing and Evaluation: Identify potential investment opportunities, including acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on target companies, collaborate with senior team members to assess investment feasibility and alignment with business goals
  • Financial Modeling and Valuation: Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment scenarios, perform valuation analyses, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions, assist in pricing negotiations and deal structuring
  • Investment Execution: Support the end-to-end deal process, from initial screening to closing, prepare investment memos, presentations, and investment committee materials, coordinate with legal, finance, and operational teams during transaction execution
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor existing investments, track performance, and identify areas for optimization, assist in post-investment integration and value creation initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree (MBA, MSF, or CFA) is a plus
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Ideally deal experience in the process Industries, engineering or Industrial sectors
  • Exposure to M&A transactions and familiarity with legal and regulatory aspects
  • Demonstrated interest in industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
