9:00 AM–5:00 PM Monday-Friday
Compensation:
-
$21-$23.50 per hour
Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily receiving of materials physically and systematically, and ensure required system transactions are being completed
-
Oversee daily stocking of materials on the production floor
-
Assign daily cycle counts to the Inventory Clerks, ensuring we meet expected timelines and metrics
-
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, and escalate to the Inventory Lead as needed
-
Manage inventory in NetSuite, ensuring accurate and timely transactions
-
Maintain accurate on-hand records
-
Support fulfillment operations and other inventory-related tasks as needed
-
Be the first point of contact for production and fulfillment leads
-
Troubleshooting and handling odds and end or one-off tasks and issues that may come up
Qualifications:
-
1-2 years of experience in inventory management, dental lab operations, distribution, production, or fulfillment.

Familiarity with inventory management or order tracking systems.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Comfortable working around pallet jacks and a forklift
-
Ability to be a leader and help guide the Inventory Clerks day to day
Bonus Points For:

Combined experience in inventory management and fulfillment
-
Knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERP systems.

Background in the dental industry, warehousing, or production
-
Experience with RF-Smart scanners
-
Experience with being a leader
