As our Senior Internal Communications Manager, Workvivo & Group, you’ll play a key role in connecting our people to our purpose. You’ll lead the strategy for our global internal communications platform, Workvivo, and deliver engaging campaigns that bring our vision to life for colleagues across our global head office and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role you’ll:
- Lead the strategic direction of our global internal communications platform, Workvivo, working closely with our Digital People Solutions team and platform partners to maximise its impact.
- Own the internal communications strategy for our Group Functions, including content, channels and events that support Bupa’s global strategy.
- Collaborate with internal communications colleagues to ensure global campaigns land effectively with our London-based teams.
- Create engaging content for our bi-weekly Group Functions newsletter, daily stories on Workvivo, and digital screens.
- Design and deliver exciting virtual and in-person events in partnership with our Group Functions Events Manager.
- Align internal messaging with external communications by working closely with the Group Brand and External Communications team.
- Act as a strategic communications partner to the Group Functions People Director, supporting key announcements and people news.
- Provide internal communications consultancy across the business, helping teams solve communication challenges.
- Manage and support one Internal Communications Executive.
- Support the wider internal communications team as needed.
What we are looking for:
We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about connecting people through clear, engaging communication. You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in internal communications, ideally in a complex, multinational environment
- A proven track record of delivering impactful campaigns and managing internal platforms
- Experience developing social media strategies – especially for internal audiences
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills – with the ability to coach others
- A calm, resilient approach – able to juggle priorities and deliver under pressure
- A commercial mindset – understanding how communication supports business goals
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels
- A flexible, positive attitude and a drive for continuous improvement
