THE ROLE
As Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be the insights partner for a product/domain, turning data into decisions. You’ll own metrics, dashboards, experiments, and deep-dives; you’ll level up data literacy across your stakeholders.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Build robust Zendesk/Airtable integrations (APIs/webhooks/apps).
- Automate workflows with n8n/Make + custom services (Go/Python).
- Add LLM-powered classification/summarisation/QA to CX flows.
- Instrument metrics and feedback loops; tighten SLAs with Ops/CX.
- Secure data movement; manage schemas and governance.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 5–8+ years integrations/platform; strong with SaaS APIs.
- Zendesk apps, views, macros; Airtable schema and API.
- LLM integration patterns; evals and guardrails.
- Great collaborator with CX/Operations.
