The Senior Integration Solutions Engineer is responsible for architecting, validating, and documenting enterprise solutions leveraging S3-compatible object storage. This role works across data protection, analytics, AI/ML, search, and modern data lakehouse platforms to ensure solution interoperability, performance, scalability, and operational excellence. The engineer functions as a technical authority, designing validation strategies, developing performance benchmarks, troubleshooting complex environments, and publishing best-practice guidance for customers and partners.

• Validate partner solutions including data protection, analytics, observability, search, and data lake platforms.
• Design and validate end-to-end reference architectures leveraging S3-compatible object storage for data protection, analytics, search, AI/ML, and data lake workloads.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify strategic integration opportunities for object storage platforms.
• Define validation methodologies that accurately reflect real-world customer deployment scenarios.
• Work directly with engineering, product management, partners, and field teams to ensure successful solution integration and deployment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for object storage integration patterns, performance characteristics, and best practices.

• Develop and execute comprehensive integration, interoperability, scalability, and performance test plans.
• Design benchmark tests that characterize throughput, latency, concurrency, and scalability under production-scale workloads.
• Build automated validation frameworks and test environments that improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across storage, network, compute, application, and infrastructure layers.

• Investigate complex issues spanning distributed applications, object storage systems, networking, operating systems, and cloud-native technologies.
• Analyze logs, traces, metrics, and telemetry data to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Reproduce field and customer-reported issues and work with development teams to validate resolutions.
• Provide technical leadership during escalations involving partner integrations and strategic customer environments.
• Publish validated reference architectures, deployment guides, solution briefs, and technical whitepapers.
• Develop sizing guidance, architecture recommendations, and performance tuning documentation.
• Present technical findings to customers, partners, sales engineers, and executive stakeholders.

• Experience designing, validating, or supporting enterprise-scale data platform, storage, or cloud infrastructure solutions.
• Strong background in integration testing, performance testing, or solution validation.
• Proven troubleshooting experience with distributed applications and multi-tier architectures.
• Experience with object storage technologies and S3-compatible APIs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate complex technical challenges independently.
• Excellent written communication skills with experience creating technical documentation.

• Experience with Commvault, Veeam, Cohesity, Rubrik, or other data protection platforms.
• Experience with Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Splunk, or large-scale search and observability platforms.
• Experience with Apache Spark, Kafka, Trino, Iceberg, Delta Lake, Starburst, Databricks, or similar data analytics technologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML data pipelines and data lake architectures.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native environments.
• Experience authoring technical whitepapers, benchmark reports, and reference architectures.
• Experience presenting technical findings to customers and executive audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, networking, and system administration concepts.
• Proficiency in Python, scripting, or test automation development.
