We are seeking an accomplished Senior Integration Engineer with proven expertise in delivering enterprise-grade integration solutions across diverse platforms and industries. The ideal candidate will bring implementation experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Salesforce integration, and a variety of middleware technologies for connecting COTS applications, enterprise content management, and document management systems. The role requires a technically adept, collaborative professional skilled in API-led connectivity, microservices, and event-driven architectures, capable of designing scalable, secure, and high-performing integration ecosystems across cloud and hybrid environments.
This position can support telework up to 90% with 10% travel as needed.
Responsibilities:- Integrate COTs and SaaS solutions to support enterprise business functions such as document management, address validation, Identity management platforms like Okta, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API Manager, Exchange, and Runtime Manager.
- Design and manage integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk APIs, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs to ensure data exchange between applications.
- Lead end-to-end integration lifecycles (SDLC) from requirements analysis through deployment, testing, and production support.
- Apply enterprise integration patterns (EIPs), middleware best practices, and API-led architecture principles to achieve optimal reliability and reusability of developed assets.
- Utilize DataWeave, XML, JSON, and SOAP for data transformation and orchestration across complex enterprise systems.
- Secure integrations using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and SAML-based authentication within hybrid environments.
- Employ CI/CD pipelines and tools like Maven, Git, Jenkins, and Anypoint CLI for automated deployments.
- Leverage Anypoint Monitoring, Postman, and API gateways for performance management and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and optimize integration performance across AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructures.
- Produce and maintain technical design documentation, integration specifications, and reference architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clients, developers, architects, and SIs) to ensure timely, scalable delivery.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field and 12+ years of hands-on enterprise integration and middleware development experience.
- Implementation experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or equivalent middleware (e.g., TIBCO, IBM Integration Bus, Oracle Fusion, Dell Boomi).
- Expertise in API design, API management, and microservices-based integration architectures.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, and scripting for integration workflows.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle) with ability to write complex queries.
- Strong grasp of Agile, DevOps, and SDLC best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid integration models using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with ability to diagnose complex data and API issues.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
- Hands-on experience with multiple COTS solutions (ERP, CRM, eCommerce) and data platforms for enterprise integration and management.
- Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, or Azure Service Bus.
- Experience with API analytics, governance, and observability frameworks.
- Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards and reusable frameworks.
- Strong focus on continuous learning, innovation, and modern integration paradigms.

- Excellent communicator capable of articulating complex solutions to diverse stakeholders.
