ABOUT US

We’re looking to expand our Betting Entertainment Tools team in Ljubljana. You’ll be joining a dedicated and closely connected team that specializes in market leading betting solutions integrated, by more than 400 clients and reaching hundreds of millions of sport fans and punters globally.

As a Senior Integration Engineer, you’ll work together in a team of experienced integration specialists, client success managers and senior engineers to ensure seamless integration of our products into client environments.

We strive for excellence and are actively adopting clean code tools and practices. We believe in the engineering principle "if it's not tested, it's broken" and ensure our integrations, services, and documentation are thoroughly validated. We follow a cloud-native strategy; managed services enable us to focus on solving complex integration challenges while continuously improving developer experience.

THE CHALLENGE

• Monitor, evaluate and improve system integrations between our platform and client environments.
• Design and document integration patterns, best practices, and technical guidelines for clients.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, integration guides, and troubleshooting manuals, ensuring clarity and usability for client developers.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues by collaborating with both internal teams and client developers.
• Continuously enhance developer-facing documentation to improve the overall integration experience.
• Advocate for developer-friendly APIs and work towards improving the developer experience for seamless adoption of our platform.
• Ensure integrations align with security, compliance, and performance best practices.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience as an Integration Engineer, API Engineer, or similar role in a B2B SaaS or software-driven environment.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets/MQTT protocols and authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT).
• Hands-on experience with API design, implementation, and debugging tools such as Postman, Swagger
• Basic coding skills in TypeScript, JavaScript
• Ability to write clear, structured, and developer-friendly technical documentation.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitLab, or similar).
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and web design principles to assist in frontend integrations and UI-related documentation.
• Knowledge of browser compatibility, responsive design, and web accessibility best practices.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
