Reporting to our Senior Integrated Production Director, you will create impact within our Creative and Experience department. We take pride in our global client base and AI-powered proprietary technology, setting us apart in the industry.

You'll work with the Creative, Social and Client Management teams, ensuring that all production streams are on track. You will manage the scoping and briefing process, and the smooth running of the projects through to delivery. At Jellyfish, we are committed to promoting professional growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Manage end-to-end social media planning and production for our international clients, including development and upkeep of delivery timelines.
• Be the go-to operational person both internally and externally, managing the workload scoping, briefing process, internal quality control, and client communications.
• Understand our clients' overall campaign ideas and how these can be extended into new formats and iterations.
• Work with our Project Management and Finance teams to ensure the financial health of projects is maintained.
• Improve processes and timings.
• Mentor and support other team members.

• Over 4 years of experience in an advertising agency with localisation or creative production projects.
• Experience scoping short and long-term workload, managing timelines and running projects independently.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• You seek and implement solutions to refine and automate processes.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
