You will support the Program Management Office (PMO) in developing and implementing best practices and standard work templates to enhance efficiencies in program execution across all EVM programs. Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the EVM IMS team to create and maintain a compliant program integrated master schedule for Edison Works programs.
- Monitor changes to assigned government program control accounts and support engineering Cost Account Managers (CAMS) daily.
- Work directly with Engineering and Manufacturing Programs CAMS to execute recurring monthly status and variance analysis.
- Work directly with EVM Finance team to meet all EVM cost and schedule reporting requirements.
- Interface with government customers and regulators (DCMA) during audits and program reviews.
- Provide advice to program leadership and the Government around the DCMA 14pt Assessment, IPMDAR DID, DECM Metrics, Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) and Joint Confidence Level (JCL).
- Process improvement through EVM scheduling digital tools, Open Plan and Acumen.
- Help develop and implement IMS best practices and processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide leadership for internal and purchased service IMS support.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University( or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years business management experience.) + Minimum of 5 years in business management experience..

- Capability to get a DoD Security Clearance
