The annual base salary for this position ranges from $99,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $222,900.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:
The Data & Analytics Enablement Team strives to reduce friction associated with the creation, management, sharing, and consumption of trustworthy data across Nike. You will liase with teammates in Data Products Cataloging, Data Quality, AI Governance, and more. As an individual contributor you will report to a Data Literacy Manager.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a senior professional with experience in Data Governance related disciplines to join our team! We're looking for candidates with a technical background who have experience supporting policy and standard creation, training development, and communications. Additional exposure to data, analytics, data governance, data management, product teams, and cross-discipline products centered around data will help drive success.
Candidates should enjoy and be comfortable reading/editing/creating policy and standard documents, creating/measuring against learning indicators, creating professional quality Nike, Inc. specific materials in support of Data Literacy and Stewardship Operations, and creating communications to drive socialization and adoption.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record demonstrating measurable business impact, who can understand and influence technology decisions, and someone who can thrive in ambiguous situations while being a true great teammate. Experience guiding, leading, and engaging varying audiences in data analytics for organizational impact to enhance data driven decision making capabilities. Hands-on experience building and implementing internal educational trainings or development programs with measurable outcomes to gauge efficacy. Knowledge of digital media content creation preferred such as videos, articles/blogs, social media, or audio programs. A Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Technology Education, Instructional Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required. Literacy Experience using content editing programs a plus.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:
This Senior Professional level role will involve working cross-functionally to assist with reading/editing/creating our data policies and standards, developing and designing a compliance training platform, assist with creating learning materials, assist with establishing success measurements, and assist with developing and aligning communications across our stakeholders in support of these efforts.
DGA (Data Literacy & Stewardship)

Develop and edit Nike, Inc. specific online learning material and content to support Enterprise Data Governance Program Rollout and Compliance Training Requirements.

Cross-functionally align and partner to create resources in support of pillars across the Enterprise Data & Analytics organization.

Craft a user-centric journey utilizing best in class educational techniques and approaches to ensure the materials allow the user to self-serve their training needs.

Assist with creating, editing, proofreading, accessibility incorporation and translation of Data Policies and Standards

Develop and design key learning indicators, develop assessment tools to track progress, and implement in a manner that provides visibility to progress.

Assist with creation of project management materials (roadmaps, project plans, detailed resource needs, etc.) to support the program from a content creation perspective.

Assist with training material requirements gathering and base documentation creation to support learning materials.
