ABOUT THE ROLE 

Ready to turn insights into impact? We are looking for a Senior Insights Consultant to drive business growth and build strong, long-term client relationships in the market research and analytics space. 

In this role, you will manage existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities, ensuring high client satisfaction, and contributing directly to business success. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys combining strategic thinking with client engagement. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with manufacturers and retailers, focusing on Strategic Analytics & Insights solutions (e.g., consumer research, advanced analytics) 
  • Develop and prepare client proposals and manage contract renewals 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive engagement 
  • Manage business offers, orders, and documentation using internal systems (NIQ software) 
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services in line with client expectations and timelines 
  • Continuously expand industry knowledge through training and self-development to enhance consulting capabilities 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, revenue management, category management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in FMCG or retail 
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and understanding of market dynamics 
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets 
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities, with attention to detail 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Native Czech speaker 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Slovakian is an advantage) 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team 
  • Confident, outgoing personality with strong client engagement skills

  • Annual salary range of 560.000 - 700.000 CZK + competitive sales incentive plan. (Offers are made within the disclosed range based on objective, role-related criteria and internal pay equity);
