The Role

About the Position | Do you thrive on turning data into actionable insights that drive business results? At Bizrate Insights, we're looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience for leading eCommerce and retail brands. 

As a Senior Insights Analyst, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients and a partner to our Client Experience and Marketing teams. You will deliver strategic, data-driven insights and recommendations that directly impact our clients' success. You will analyze Voice of Customer (VoC) and 1st party feedback to identify key growth opportunities and drive value for our clients.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, data storytelling, visualization skills, and the ability to translate data into clear, strategic recommendations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of VoC survey data to uncover key insights for eCommerce and retail brands, identifying trends and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Develop compelling client-ready presentations that effectively communicate key findings, recommendations, and data visualizations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Client Experience team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to assess client needs, identify gaps, and recommend how Bizrate Insights’ solutions can address them.
  • Contribute to survey design, optimization, and execution, utilizing research best practices.
  • Support the Client Experience team in identifying at-risk clients by analyzing survey volume and trends.
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance Bizrate Insights’ VoC offerings that deliver more client value and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with departments across the organization to inform the product and marketing roadmaps based on client feedback, needs, and market intelligence.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in insights, market research, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex datasets, identify statistically significant trends and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Experience working with Voice of Customer (VoC) programs or survey-based research.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
  • Skilled at crafting clear, engaging data visualizations that tell a story.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment under imperfect information and a changing landscape while being mindful of deadlines. 1  
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required. The ability to build polished, client-ready presentations is key.
  • Strong understanding of survey methodologies and analytical techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/professional experience is required.
  • Previous experience in the eCommerce or retail sector is a must.
