We are looking for an Innovation Project Manager to lead warehouse optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency and productivity. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in warehouse operations, project management, and technology implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience evaluating, piloting, and deploying automation/productivity solutions, as well as working cross-functionally to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple warehouse productivity and automation projects simultaneously, from scoping through implementation
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve/automate executive-level reporting and data tracking, ensuring accuracy and relevance for leadership decision-making
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource plans to ensure successful execution
  • Partner with warehouse teams to standardize processes across sites, and train onsite teams on new SOPs, tools, and workflows
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, engineering, and third-party vendors to drive project success
  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors to support automation initiatives
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact with our parent company, representing project status and outcomes
  • Analyze project performance data, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Analyze current warehouse layouts, workflows, and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Communicate project updates, key findings, and recommendations to leadership clearly and concisely
  • Operate with urgency, moving quickly across multiple concurrent projects without sacrificing accuracy

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in service Logistics, warehouse & 3PL operations within the logistics industry preferred
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and warehouse management systems (WMS/TMS). Experience working with AI systems in automating workflows.
  • Data & Analysis: Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, trend tracking, and report creation.
  • Organization: Excellent attention to detail, project planning, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
  • Reliability: Dependable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel up to 50 % in US

  • The position requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this job.

 Your base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. The base pay range for this role is between $90k ~ $140k / year and your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
