Job Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end product execution and commercial readiness for assigned ventures — ensuring feasibility, cost, quality, channel requirements, pricing guardrails and all launch enablers are translated into clear briefs and delivered with excellence from development to scale.
- Translate validated consumer insights, concepts, and pilot learnings into actionable product value propositions, commercial levers, channel adaptations, and scale-up requirements that strengthen product–market fit, maximise adoption, and drive commercial performance.
- Act as daily business counterpart to R&D, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply chain to ensure product decisions align with consumer needs, target cost, and quality, launch readiness and scaling capacity. Build external partnerships with suppliers, customers, and the broader innovation ecosystem
- Drive end-to-end launch readiness, ensuring product, claims, packaging, PDP, assets, activation are delivered with quality and on time.
- Monitor early in-market performance, identifying traction signals or barriers and recommending fast adjustments in messaging, pricing, channel mix, or proposition. Own commercial KPIs (sell-in, sell-out, distribution, share of shelf, conversion), monitor performance, and adapt strategies to deliver sustainable revenue and ROI.
- Use digital and AI-enabled tools to strengthen proposition, activation, forecasting, pricing, content performance, and decision-making.
- Contribute to venture ways of working, helping refine lean processes, accelerate cycle time, and improve cross-functional alignment.

You're the right fit if:
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Economics or equivalent
- 10 years experience in marketing, category management, product management, business development, or commercial execution.
- Strong analytical and project management skills; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically.
- Dual Commercial & Innovation Expertise: Track record of operating at the interface of business and product development — ensuring time, cost, and quality trade-offs are made in line with business and consumer objectives.
- Strong experience in launching and scaling propositions across D2C, e-commerce, and retail, with proven success in securing distribution partnerships.
- Ability to translate consumer validation and pilot insights into scalable commercial and product models; experience adapting for fast-paced Asia supply and innovation ecosystems.
- Comfort with digital tools and willingness to adopt new venture ways of working.
- Persuasive communication skills, has ability to collaborate effective with and manage stakeholders, suppliers and agency partners.
- Proven track record with global consumer/retail brands with a demonstrated ability to work with multiple and diverse markets.
- Solid spoken and written English skills
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Male Grooming, Health Tech is a plus.
