As a senior infrastructure engineer, you'll be

- Architecting, implementing and rolling out large-scale infrastructure projects independently.

- Helping define technical roadmap, speaking directly with customers, iterating quickly.

- Working directly with founders daily to improve reliability and scale our infrastructure.

- Designing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.

- Ensuring high availability, security, and performance of our systems.

You'll be successful in this role if you…

- Have experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, GCP, Terraform, Prometheus, CI/CD, etc.

- Are a relentlessly resourceful engineer with experience building real-world infrastructure, with a high bar for quality.

- If you've personally built something people use, years of experience is basically irrelevant.

- Can go from 0 to 1 building scalable infrastructure solutions.

- Love tackling extremely difficult problems.

- Enjoy learning and working in a very fast-paced environment.

- Work well on a small team.

Bonus points

- Experience working with Python, Celery, Flask, and Gunicorn

- Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer.

Note: This role will focus heavily on infrastructure and DevOps but will still touch the full stack regularly.
