  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex, multi-system and infrastructure-adjacent data into actionable insights

  • Strong working knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructure ecosystems, including major platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and how to compute, storage, networking, APIs, and platform services generate and emit data

  • Experience with data platforms, ETL / ELT processes, analytics platforms, and big-data environments, and how they integrate with underlying infrastructure

  • Understanding platform observability concepts (e.g., performance metrics, capacity indicators, reliability signals, and service-health data) and how they are used analytically

  • Understanding of process diagrams, process materials, data catalogs, data quality, governance, security, and compliance in regulated enterprise environments

  • Experience using GitHub or version control tools in support of analytics, automation, or engineering-adjacent workflows
