What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain integrations between core enterprise systems
- Automate workflows using low/no-code tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Manage and maintain SaaS tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, JumpCloud and other internal key business systems)
- Ensure compliance with security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
- Monitor performance and drive system improvements
- Collaborate with system and data architects on scalable solutions
- Explore and implement AI tools to enhance IT automation and support
What You Bring
- BSc in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years experience in automation development of internal business systems
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, JS, or PowerShell)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, CI tools (GitHub Actions/Jenkins or others), and testing frameworks
- Familiarity with container tech (e.g., Docker); Kubernetes is a plus
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and team player
- Proven ability to write clean, Documented & maintainable code
- Experience with data pipelines or analytics tools
- Familiarity with ITIL or enterprise governance
- Exposure to AI-driven IT automation
