In this role, you will:
- Lead in component architecture and participate in enterprise architecture activity
- Participate in the definition of future technology architecture and strategy
- Develop and maintain business system and corporate architectures
- Review and research complex technology and system assessments for component architecture
- Support implementation of moderate to complex projects and initiatives
- Produce project architecture designs
- Ensure applications adhere to established Wells Fargo standards, policies, methodologies and industry best practices
- Understand compliance and risk management requirements for supported areas
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies and capabilities in order to prepare and respond to customer needs and expectations
- Provide in-depth technical and systems consultation to internal clients and technical management to ensure alignment with the Enterprise Architecture
- 4+ years of Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of overall Information/Cyber security experience with a bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or Computer or Information technology.
- 2+ years of experience in application security.
- 2+ years of experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence).
- Good understanding of OWASP top 10, SANS top 25 and Threat Modelling.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent inter-personal skills contributing to cordial team environment.
- Daily portfolio management activities - monitor, review and update the portfolio SharePoint for the list of apps due for Threat Modeling with their corresponding details.
- Coordinate the scoping of threat modeling backlogs and perform other sprint planning activities and work closely with the Threat modeling team.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams ensuring clear communication of requirements, priorities, and timelines.
- Oversee the collection, analysis and reporting of threat modeling metrics to support decision making and demonstrate the effectiveness of the process.
- Reporting Activities - Create dashboards and regular reports to highlight trends and areas needing attention.
- Assist with Threat Modelling engagement of internally and externally hosted applications, and follow-up on vulnerability remediation.
- Partner with the Application Security Champion, security architects and development teams to support the Threat Modelling program.
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
- Strong collaboration and partnering skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- High quality engagements delivered within expected timelines.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy skills.
- Any project management experience is highly desirable.
