The GenAI/AI Security Program is dedicated to safeguarding data, mitigating risks, and promoting responsible AI usage across the enterprise. Our mission is to empower innovation through Generative AI/AI while maintaining the highest standards of security, privacy, compliance, and ethical conduct.
We ensure the secure deployment of Generative AI technologies by aligning with established security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. The program provides governance, oversight, and technical controls to support safe and effective AI adoption throughout the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure, scalable AI solutions and security capabilities
- Assess AI systems, architectures, and use cases for security and privacy risks
- Translate policies, standards, and regulatory requirements into technical controls
- Develop automation, monitoring, and detection capabilities for AI environments
- Partner with engineering, security, risk, and business teams to address AI security needs
- Produce clear technical documentation and evidence supporting governance and audit readiness
- Contribute technical leadership, best practices, and ongoing AI security education across the organization
- Be able to work from office all 5 days in a week, shift timing being 3:30-1 :00 AM
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience delivering statistical models, machine learning (ML), or artificial intelligence (AI) solutions in a large organization
- 5+ years of real-world data science experience in or supporting a large organization
- 5+ years of real-world data engineering experience
- 5+ years of software development in Python and SQL
- 2+ years of experience with Generative AI (GenAI)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain, ideally as a Security Operations Center (SOC) analyst
- Customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of adversarial AI threats, including model inversion, data poisoning, and secure model lifecycle management
- Broad knowledge of information technology, including hardware, networking, architecture, protocols, file systems, and operating systems
- Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST AI Risk Management Framework (RMF), OWASP AI Security, or MITRE ATLAS
- Proficiency in data querying and reporting
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with emerging threats and evolving AI technologies
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate risks, mitigation strategies, and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
