Job DescriptionNatixis in Portugal is currently seeking a Senior Informatica PowerCenter Developer (French Speaker) to join its BPCE-SI (BPCE Solutions Informatiques) team, within the IT (Information Technologies) department, to work in a hybrid model in the Porto office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows, mappings, transformations, and sessions using Informatica PowerCenter.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust and scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure the maintenance, support, and optimization of existing data pipelines.
- Develop and optimize complex PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, and queries to support business data needs.
- Implement data quality, governance, and security management strategies.
- Perform unit and integration testing to ensure the quality and performance of data flows.
- Debug and resolve issues related to data integration processes.
- Optimize the performance of existing and new ETL processes.
- Participate in the architectural design of data integration solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand and meet business needs.
- Provide accurate technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and Informatica evolutions.
Hard Skills:
- At least 5 years of professional experience in developing and implementing data integration solutions with Informatica PowerCenter.
- In-depth mastery of Informatica PowerCenter, including connectors, advanced transformations, metadata management, and administration tools.
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (relational, dimensional) and Data Warehousing principles.
- Proven experience in writing and optimizing SQL.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement robust, efficient, and scalable ETL solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills in French and English (B2 level required).
- Ability to work in an Agile and/or Waterfall environment.
