This role is for one of the Weekday's clients
Min Experience: 1+ years
Location: Mumbai
JobType: full-time
We're looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organised Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to own and scale our creator ecosystem. If you live and breathe Instagram and YouTube — and can move seamlessly between briefs, creative ideation, and performance metrics — we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Scout, evaluate, and onboard influencers (nano to macro) aligned with our brand values, aesthetics, and audience.
• Own end-to-end influencer campaigns: briefing, negotiations, content approvals, execution, and performance tracking.
• Lead and mentor a team of 1–2 junior executives, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and exclusivity terms with influencers and talent agencies to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, and Performance teams; coordinate with influencers, agencies, and production partners.
• Plan and execute shoots — including founder/CEO-led content — from concept to final delivery.
• Contribute to content ideation and prepare first drafts of scripts for creator campaigns, founder-led videos, and organic social content.
• Review and refine scripts and content with the creative team to ensure strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance with a strong focus on ROAS, CTR, engagement rates, and overall campaign efficiency.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to identify high-performing creators and scale winning campaigns.
• Use basic video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar) to review cuts, suggest edits, and guide creators on content quality.
• Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers, and reporting dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel.
• Stay updated on platform trends, creator economy shifts, and competitor activity.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in D2C, wellness, nutrition, FMCG, beauty, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong creative and aesthetic sensibility with an eye for high-quality, on-brand content.
• Proven experience independently managing and negotiating influencer partnerships.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and ability to optimise campaigns for ROAS, CTR, CAC, and engagement.
• Ability to wear multiple hats — strategist, coordinator, creative reviewer, and team lead.
• Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats.
• Ability to develop content concepts and write first drafts of scripts for reels, founder videos, and creator collaborations.
• Basic proficiency in video editing tools; familiarity with storytelling and scriptwriting.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel for campaign reporting and management.
GOOD TO HAVE
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Prior experience handling founder/CEO-facing shoots.
• Existing relationships with creators, talent managers, or agencies in the wellness, beauty, or lifestyle space.
• Understanding of paid amplification, whitelisting, Spark Ads, and creator whitelisting.
• Experience working closely with Meta performance campaigns and creator-led ads.
