Are you an experienced technical leader with industrialization experience and a stakeholder manager by heart?
Then we hope that the next step in your career will be to become a Senior Industrialization Architect within the Electrical Development Cluster!

Role and Responsibilities
As ASML’s senior industrialization architect you will drive the development of ASML products by translating the overall system design into an architecture that meets critical industrialization requirements such as cycle time, availability and costs.

In order to achieve this it is important that you like to take the technical lead between the Industrialization engineering team and different stakeholders (Like: Function Architects and Owners, Industrialization engineers, Program & project management, Line management & internal customers like CS and the Twinscan Factory).

We are looking for someone to:

  • Translate performance requirements to industrialization specifications and performs pre-feasibility studies and specify, analyze and drive these requirements within your own domain
  • Create, align and balance budgets with several stakeholders, such as: Industrial Engineers, Functional Architects, Functional Owners and x-sector representatives
  • Oversee implementation of industrialization requirements within agreed budgets in the conceptual and detail designs.
  • Create and use data based models to predict the performance on cycle time, costs, availability and other critical industrialization KPIs
  • Document and present the current status and predicted results to wide audience within the organization
  • Pro-actively seek out field data and knowledge from: supply chain, equipment, quality and manufacturing engineers & Use field data analysis (Like the feedback loop) to define improvement proposals and study items focused on industrialization
  • Provide formal and informal mentoring/training to the Industrialization competency where required, i.e. Support Industrialization competence development

Education and Experience

In order for you to be empowered within the role of a Senior Industrialization Architect, it would be most beneficial if you have:

  • A Master Degree or PhD in a technical field such as (Electronic / mechanical) engineering, (applied) physics, chemistry, natural science, technology or similar
  • 5+ years of work experience in an high-tech, high-pace company as an expert of product development in a concurrent designing process with a solid theoretical and hands-on experience in the field of Reliability, Availability, Manufacturability and Serviceability
  • Previous experience in an Architect-type role.
