Job Title: Senior Industrial Engineer
Location: Trenton, South Carolina, United States (Onsite)
Salary: USD $85,000 – $1,00,000 / yr+ Variable Incentive Program

We are seeking a Senior Industrial Engineer to lead process improvement and optimization initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role involves working independently on projects of moderate to high complexity while driving efficiency, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead industrial engineering projects with minimal supervision across production and operations
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes, facility layouts, and workforce utilization
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
- Conduct studies related to:
- Cost and inventory control
- Production efficiency
- Human factors and ergonomics
- Develop and implement plans for facility modifications and process improvements
- Support plant and facilities engineering teams in layout planning and design
- Coach and review the work of junior team members
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and alignment
- Perform additional duties as required
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, OR
- PhD with no prior experience, OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing environment
- Experience in manufacturing process optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of production systems, facility planning, and automation
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
