About the role

  • Responsible for preparation of monthly tax provision and deferred taxation – including posting of journal entries, analysing transactional item with tax sensitivity, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Coordination with tax planner and country field finance departments to review tax matter and accounting impact.
  • Collaborate with global tax team to improve process by implementing standardization and automation.
  • Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)
  • Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
  • At least 4 years of working experience in audit and accounting field; additional finance-related working experience in multinational company with SAP is a plus
  • Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
  • Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards
  • Additional language skill (e.g. Mandarin) is a plus
