About your role

We are hiring Outbound Sales Development Representatives with exceptional potential to join our team! As an Outbound SDR at Juniper Square, you’ll be the tip of the spear in generating new business opportunities by prospecting into the private markets industry.

Your role will focus on educating the market, creating awareness about Juniper Square’s value, and booking high-quality meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll be responsible for building pipelines through strategic outreach across email, LinkedIn, and other channels—always with a focus on highly personalized, value-driven messaging.

For this position, we are hiring candidates based in Bangalore or those open to relocating here. The shift for this role is 7:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST. Only applicants who can work these hours will be considered.

What you’ll do
  • Own top-of-funnel outbound prospecting — research, identify, and engage decision-makers.

  • Execute structured outbound cadences (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to drive qualified meetings.

  • Collaborate with AEs to build strong account strategies and accelerate pipeline growth.

  • Track and report activity/performance metrics using modern sales tools.

  • Represent the brand with a consultative and value-driven approach.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4+ years of outbound SaaS sales experience (SDR/BDR or similar).

  • Strong track record of hitting/exceeding outbound pipeline goals.

  • Experience in the fintech industry is a big plus.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
