About the Role

As a Senior Implementation Specialist (DACH), you’ll act as a trusted platform expert for our customers, getting to know their needs and supporting them throughout onboarding with strong project and change management skills. You’ll bridge the gap between Perk’s platform capabilities and customer expectations, providing proactive recommendations that set clients up for long-term success.

You’ll take full ownership of the rollout plan, covering both immediate travel needs and long-term adoption. This role places you in a visible position of ownership across the Implementation and Revenue teams, where your expertise and leadership directly influence customer success.

You’ll ensure new customers are fully prepared to use Perk for business travel by configuring the platform, supporting integrations, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving user readiness. This includes coordinating tailored training sessions with key stakeholders and guiding customers towards best-practice usage. You are never a passenger; you own the onboarding journey end to end.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers during the implementation phase and deliver a strong first impression of Perk.

  • Lead consultative conversations to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective rollout plans.

  • Provide data-driven, best-practice recommendations aligned with customer needs and platform capabilities.

  • Own timelines, rollout plans, and delivery while accounts are in implementation, coordinating internal teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Configure customer accounts to meet specific requirements, including immediate travel needs and long-term adoption goals.

  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions for newly onboarded customers, including executive stakeholders and company-wide enablement.

  • Support technical integrations with marketplace partners or custom API solutions, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed.

  • Validate account configuration and customer satisfaction by monitoring post-go-live usage and proactively offering recommendations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering (Builders), and Finance teams.

  • Analyse completed implementations to continuously improve processes and team practices.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert within the Implementation team, supporting colleagues through coaching and knowledge sharing.

What You’ll Bring
  • Native or near-native German proficiency and fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong customer-first mindset, with a focus on long-term customer success and adoption.

  • Solid experience implementing products for a range of customers in a structured, fast-paced environment.

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects, including defining scope, handling changing requirements, and maintaining delivery momentum.

  • Confidence working with senior and C-level stakeholders to understand requirements and address concerns clearly and professionally.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt communication style across different audiences.

  • A consultative, data-informed approach to recommendations for both customers and internal stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity.

  • A mindset of continuous improvement, with the motivation to learn, iterate, and evolve as the team grows.

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs.
