Introduction:
Verifiable is looking for a strong Project Manager to own and manage complex phased implementations for our largest Enterprise customers.
We are a fully remote company hiring in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, KY, MD, MI, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
Requirements
- 5+ years of Implementation or Project Management experience in a technical SaaS or startup environment
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, delivering tailored solutions to each customer’s unique needs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including scoping, consulting, issue/risk identification, and clear communication of overall project status
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and ambiguous environment
- Highly collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to define technical changes/requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams
- Healthcare or Healthtech experience is a plus
- SFDC proficiency is a plus
- Business Analyst experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer relationships from sales handoff to successful implementation
- Partner directly with customers to ensure successful implementation of Verifiable based on their unique scope and business objectives
- Lead the implementation process by aligning on project requirements, managing project plans, owning all customer communication, and coordinating teams to drive success
- Manage project expectations through regular meetings, project status reports, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams on configuration and technical components of implementation.
- Organize and coordinate customer onboarding and training through virtual web conferences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer-facing requests during the implementation process
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Verifiable product to drive product adoption and usage
