Job Description

We’re looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Pricing squad in London. This role is a unique opportunity to have an impact on Wise's mission. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our pricing is fair, transparent, competitive, and implemented flawlessly across every product and route globally. 

You’ll be the bridge between commercial pricing and pricing engineering teams in Wise on one hand, and growth and regional teams that want to launch new products and drop prices.

 

Your Mission

As an Implementation Manager for Pricing you will enable delivery of the pricing for product launches, regional launches, reprices and tax compliance.

 

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the Pricing team: 

  • Own the end-to-end execution of price inside Wise’s products

  • You will become an expert on Wise’s pricing configuration and how it’s technically implemented in our systems

  • Own Wise’s global reprice process. Repricing is one of our core mechanisms to deliver on our mission of ‘Min Fees’. We operate with one of the most detailed cost & pricing structures - with the aim of ensuring that customers pay only for what they use. You will be responsible for the execution of the end-to-end quarterly reprice process -  including coordination, pricing communication, compliance and commercial updates

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams beyond pricing (compliance, product teams, regional teams, marketing) on the reprice process execution

  • Work with global product and regional teams to ensure effective implementation of new routes, products, prices and taxes

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, and compliance teams to ensure repricing-related operational processes are accurate, compliant, auditable and efficient Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and guide product engineering teams to build tooling to improve speed and customer experience

 

This role will give you the opportunity to:

  • Build hands on experience in  commercial, technical and product domains

  • Work on projects at scale - pricing impacts millions of transactions and customers and has to be compliant across multiple jurisdictions

  • Drive excellence in the reprice delivery process, directly impacting Wise's global customer base

  • Grow professionally into a leader in delivery, honing your skills in cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and process optimisation

  • Work in a commercial area that is committed to dropping prices for customers

 

Qualifications

A bit about you:

  • You’re highly customer-focussed. Customers are at the heart of whatever you do

  • You have 4+ years of experience delivering in complex, high-volume organizations 

  • You are extremely hands-on, detail-oriented, able to execute at pace, and committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure the success of the team and the processes you’re responsible for

  • You are skilled in cross-functional teamwork, stakeholder management and you can influence teams to improve processes and tools 

  • You’re a clear communicator who can keep a diverse set of stakeholders informed through every step of the process

  • You’re comfortable working with data and AI

 

Additional Information

  • ​​​​​​Base salary: £90,000 - £115,000 gross/year (based on experience & interview outcomes)
