Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $91,000.00 - $107,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to define and manage the technical and often times functional design of Treasury Management Implementation Solutions.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for design and delivery of assigned projects

• Document user stories and conditions of satisfaction to develop and test enhancements

• Utilize a variety of technologies to enhance standard functionality of solutions sch as end-user interface, reports, and workflow to meet customer business requirements

• Work closely with customers to define requirements, test the application, and train end users

• Lead internal and customer facing demonstration of solution and any custom development

• Create and execute test cases to validate development and product configurations

• Develop or configure solutions to integrate with customer ERP systems or custom external applications

• Document product configurations and custom development for customers or internal stakeholders

• Prepare installation and configuration for production migration

• Work with Sales, Implementation, and Product and Solution Support teams to resolve issues for customers

• Troubleshoot issues that arise in the course of configuring solutions and ensure these issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the project manager

• Identify improvements to solutions, processes, and supporting documentation

• Conduct project increment planning workshops and enhance scoping

• Lead activities during production hypercare

• Follow up on project technical issues and/or feature requests

• Conduct project documentation readiness for transition to standard support model

• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Strong knowledge of the implementation solutions development field including knowledge of best practices

• Ability to design and lead development of new features related to projects sold as proof of concept

• Ability to maintain knowledge of solution specific product features

• Ability to work closely with customers to understand technical and business requirements

• Ability to work in a leadership capacity to meet project goals

• Strong customer service skills

• Ability to understand and utilize agile development and project managements with the ability to manager projects by developing work plans, obtaining approvals, and communicating with stakeholders

• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values

• Advance level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or equivalent combination of education and experience required

• 8+ years solution development experience required

• JavaScript, XML, JSON, and relational database (Oracle, SQL Server) experience required
