Responsibilities:
- Lead Implementation Delivery: Own customer implementations from kickoff through go-live, following Cloudinary’s CLOUD methodology and internal delivery playbooks.
- Manage Project Scope & Timeline: Create and maintain implementation plans, coordinate internal and customer resources, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
- Partner on Complex Engagements: Work closely with Solution Architects on more technical projects, ensuring project milestones are met while the SA leads architecture and integration.
- Own Simpler Implementations: Deliver light-to-moderate complexity projects independently, including platform configuration and enablement.
- Align on Business Value: Guide customers on how Cloudinary can support their goals, and ensure implementations meet project KPIs and success criteria.
- Facilitate Project-Based Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, and ensure a seamless handoff to the ongoing account team (Customer Success, Account Management, and Support) at project close.
- Coordinate Internal Teams: Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering as needed to resolve blockers and drive implementation success.
- Contribute to Practice Development: Help evolve Cloudinary’s delivery methodology by refining playbooks, creating templates, improving tooling, and supporting broader Professional Services initiatives (e.g., OKRs, enablement, retrospectives).
About you:
- East Coast Based
- 5+ years in SaaS implementation consulting, onboarding, or project delivery roles.
- Experience leading end-to-end SaaS onboarding or implementation projects. Exposure to digital media, DAM, or martech ecosystems is a plus.
- Strong customer engagement and facilitation skills, with experience aligning technical and business stakeholders.
- Comfortable supporting light technical configuration, asset tagging, and product use-case design.
- Experience with platforms like Cloudinary, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or Shopify is a plus.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
