Marcum Technology is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Senior Implementation Consultant with Vena Solutions experience to join our FP&A Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing the implementation of Vena software for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions within the Vena platform, and ensure a successful transition to the new system.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 of years of proven experience in implementing financial software solutions
  • Hands on experience with Vena Solutions
  • Experience with Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and systems, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional level communication and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for client implementations
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications related to Vena Solutions.
  • Experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead/Support the implementation of Vena Solutions for clients, from initial scoping to final delivery.
  • Analyze client business processes and requirements to effectively integrate Vena into their budgeting and reporting process.
  • Configure and customize the Vena platform to meet the specific needs of each client.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of implementations.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and by providing outstanding service.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
  • Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for clients to ensure sustainable use of the system.
  • Stay up-to-date with Vena software updates and enhancements to offer the latest solutions to clients.
