Senior Internal IT Generalist

As a part of our Internal IT team you have the opportunity to apply your wisdom, gathered through the years, to help Veriff succeed. You are excited about the opportunity to build processes, workflows and technology from scratch as needed. You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Taking charge of solving various complex IT tasks

• Making sure that everything is working so that Veriff employees can focus on their tasks

• Working closely with Engineering, DevOps and InfoSec teams to solve problems

• Solving ad-hoc projects with varying difficulty level

• Automating tasks and integrating tools used in IT

• Managing office network infrastructure, workstations, SAAS

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have:

• Experience in working in a larger (=> 100) company

• Skills to handle and enjoy GNU/Linux, Windows and macOS

• Fluency in English and Brazilian Portuguese, both verbally and in written form (additional languages are a big plus)

• A familiarity with ITIL principles

• At least 5 years of relevant experience, an university degree in IT is a plus

• Willingness to work both independently and collaboratively

• A flair for automation and ability to automate by writing and reading scripts or other tools

• An eye for detail

• The ability to work remotely - the rest of the Internal IT team is located in Estonia

• Willingness and availability to travel

• The ability to keep calm even under high stress

• Excellent communications skills across all mediums

• Procurement experience

• Experience in cloud-only environments

• Ability to understand business perspective in addition to technical perspective

• Background in IT financial aspects - cost tracking and planning
