As a Senior II Revenue Operations Business Partner, you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership to turn business challenges into stronger processes, systems and ways of working.
You’ll bring structure, perspective and momentum to complex Revenue Operations initiatives. We’re looking for someone who forms a point of view, puts ideas forward and constructively challenges stakeholders.
As our Senior II Revenue Operations Business Partner, you will:- Act as a trusted business partner to Sales leadership, identifying operational challenges and translating priorities into clear revenue generating initiatives.
- Support sales operation cadences with rigorous processes, data-driven insights and critical thinking.
- Manage and continuously improve sales territories. Own quota assignment and tracking.
- Lead high-priority projects that evolve how our Sales organization operates, from redesigning sales processes to improving the workflows, tools and systems that support them.
- Assess how processes, systems and enablement come together, identifying gaps and opportunities to create simpler, more effective and scalable ways of working.
- Partner across Revenue Operations and other teams to clarify complex problems, prioritize high-impact opportunities and drive initiatives toward measurable business outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or a similar business partnering role.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, with a track record of turning complex information into clear recommendations.
- Experience independently leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in an evolving environment.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to constructively challenge senior stakeholders and drive alignment.
- Experience in a scaling organization where you’ve worked across both strategic and hands-on Revenue Operations challenges.
- Working knowledge of customer relationship management systems and commercial tools; deep technical administration expertise isn’t required.
- Experience improving sales processes or leading operational transformation across people, processes and technology.
- A proactive approach: you spot gaps, develop a point of view and bring ideas forward before someone asks you to.
