What you will do
Process planning and optimisation to enhance efficiency
Establish standard working hours, standard manpower and standard production capacity, and continuously optimise them based on the actual production situation
Take the lead in following up on the equipment resource planning, including capacity/UPH/OEE
Cost control and data management. Reduce waste, lower manufacturing costs, and promote improvement projects such as lean production/VSM/8 Waste
ECRS for headcount saving
Analyse the equipment utilisation rate (OEE), identify the bottleneck processes and propose improvement plans, design the production line layout, optimise the material flow path, and reduce the production cycle
LEAN culture promotion
What you will need
Bachelor of IE
>6 years of work experience in the Electric manufacturing on IE engineer position
Familiar with electronics manufacturing product process, with product process planning, capacity, manpower, and equipment practical work experience
Familiar with CAD and office software
Strong problem analysis and innovation ability
Good learning ability, communication skills and teamwork spirit
Sensitive to data and strong data processing ability
Proficient in English reading and writing, and simple oral communication
