About the role:
We are seeking an experienced IGA L2 Support Analyst with strong expertise in Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and SQL to support enterprise identity and access management operations. The role involves managing day-to-day operational support activities, resolving incidents and service requests, troubleshooting access-related issues, supporting end users, and ensuring the smooth functioning of identity governance services. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with IAM/IGA processes, and the ability to collaborate across business, security, infrastructure, and application teams.

What You'll Do:
  • Provide Level 2 operational support for the Saviynt Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platform.
  • Manage Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle processes.
  • Troubleshoot identity, access provisioning, de-provisioning, and reconciliation issues.
  • Support access requests, certification campaigns, governance controls, and application connectors.
  • Investigate synchronization, integration, and data-related issues using SQL.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and changes through ServiceNow and JIRA while meeting SLAs.
  • Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with L3, infrastructure, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
  • Generate operational and audit reports, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous process improvements.
  • Support compliance, access reviews, audit activities, and segregation of duties (SoD) remediation.
  • Provide technical support to business users and maintain knowledge base articles and SOPs.

What You Bring:
  • 3–6 years of experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), preferably with Saviynt.
  • Hands-on experience with Saviynt administration and operational support.
  • Strong SQL skills for query development, troubleshooting, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident, request, and change management.
  • Good understanding of IAM concepts, Access Management, RBAC, User Lifecycle Management, and provisioning.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), LDAP, and SSO integrations.
  • Exposure to Windows/Linux environments, relational databases, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:
  • Saviynt, IAM, ITIL, AWS Cloud, or Security certifications.
  • Experience with access certification campaigns, governance reviews, and audit support.
  • Exposure to Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Knowledge of APIs, connectors, ETL processes, and identity integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud identity, hybrid IAM architectures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Identity Governance environments.

Skills Required

  • 3-6 years of experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering Saviynt.
  • Strong SQL expertise including query development, optimization, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Experience with ServiceNow incident, request, and change management processes.
  • Experience using JIRA for operational support and ticket management.
  • Strong understanding of Access Management, RBAC, User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Governance processes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Identity Governance and Administration environments.
  • Relevant certifications in Saviynt, IAM, ITIL, AWS Cloud, or Security domains.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), LDAP, and SSO integrations.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux server administration.
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with APIs, connectors, and integration troubleshooting.
  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, and access certification activities.
  • Understanding of ETL processes, data reconciliation, and debugging methodologies.
  • Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
  • Saviynt certifications.
