Job Description

Current banking systems don’t let us send, spend or receive money across borders easily. Or quickly. Or cheaply. 

So, we’re building a new one.

And, we need a talented Identity & Access Management Specialist to join our mission.

We’re looking for a Senior IAG Analyst with a focus on Risk and compliance within Identity Access Management to join our internal User Tech team in Tallinn. We have already over 127 people in User Tech spread across the UK, US, Europe and Singapore.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:

  • Evaluation of tooling against IAM controls and managing the remediation of issues in the risk register. 

  • Enforcing Access Control to meet regulatory requirements and standards.

  • Liaising with stakeholders such as Security & Tech risk team to validate controls effectiveness.

  • Fostering Access Control awareness and managing their lifecycle.

  • Maintaining up-to-date IAM control policies and procedures.

  • Responding to auditor or regulatory inquiries regarding IAM.

  • Generating reports and metrics  to demonstrate posture and provide insight into areas that can be improved.

Qualifications

  • You have a wealth of knowledge in Information technology general controls

  • You have experience in automating compliance processes & procedures

  • You have proven ability in implementing  controls for Identity & Access Management services at scale for SaaS tools. Such as RBAC, PBAC, SOD, PAM

  • You have proven ability in creative problem solving.

  • You have the ability to tailor communication to the audience - both to technical and non-technical people as needed.

  • You are able to manage cross-team stakeholders and external partners. 

  • You have fundamental experience in project management from vision and scoping to the final delivery and closure.

  • You are detail oriented

 

Must have skills:

 

  • Intermediate to advance knowledge in Information systems administration.

  • Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001. 

  • Fundamental to Intermediate  knowledge of risk management within SaaS environments.

  • Practical knowledge of security principles & concepts related to Access Controls, Incident response, BCP & DR

  • Practical knowledge for drafting of policies, process documentations.

 

Bonus skills / experience

  • Certified in an least one or more of the following 

    • Certified in Cybersecurity 

    • Certified information Systems Auditor. 

    • Certified Risk Information Systems Control 

    • Certified Information Security Manager. 

  • Intermediate knowledge in cyber security 

  • Knowledge of potential risk with Automation and  AI

  • Atlassian, Slack, G-suite, Okta, Sailpoint

  • Knowledge in the use of GRC tools such as  Auditboard or its equivalent.
