What you'll be doing...
- Serve as the primary post-sale point of contact to develop strong advocates at all levels of the client's organization (user to Exec) that enables you to become a trusted partner and advisor to your clients responsibility.
- Foster a strategic partnership with your client's Account Director to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth by understanding their objectives and anticipating impacts on IDeaS to maximize client value.
- Develop and nurture strong collaborative relationships with Service Delivery and Product team members to ensure seamless project and support execution and continuous improvement.
- Ensure clear and aligned communication with clients at all levels, including executives, maintaining accountability for consistency and transparency.
- Leverage a disciplined and structured approach to effectively resolve and communicate complex Enterprise client issues, ensuring timely solutions and enhancing client trust and satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve successful client outcomes by leveraging strong interpersonal skills, strategic vision, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Identify opportunities for clients to maximize the benefits of IDeaS solutions and enhance user engagement.
- Partner with the Enterprise Project Manager to support and execute Enterprise Roll-out activities, ensuring seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
- Lead internal executive stakeholder meetings and actively participate in external business review meetings to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOWs) and independently manage internal and external projects in the absence of a Project Manager.
- Exhibit innovative thinking and adaptability by effectively managing tasks and projects that have not been done before, without relying on documented processes or procedures.
- Proactively maintain an in-depth knowledge of the IDeaS Enterprise Solution and its business applications, including the business issues it solves, to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
- Proactively monitor client success by regularly tracking and analyzing key metrics and measurements to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure optimal outcomes.
- Perform other duties, as needed and assigned.
What you'll bring to us...
- 5+ Years of Customer Sucess or Client Relationship Management experience from hospitality technology industry or hotel technology industry. OR 8 Years Hotel Revenue Management experience at a Corporate Level (above property level).
- Strong understanding of Revenue Management or Revenue Analytics technologies in the hospitality / travel sector.
- Analytical and technical skills balanced by an ability to navigate the larger strategic picture and have strategic level conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Presenational and excellent communication skills to be able to present to senior leadership both internally and externally.
