Job Description
This position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.
Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
Responsibilities:
- Build ServiceNow forms and automation that integrate with SailPoint and other identity management workflows to enable quicker user access and request management.
- Analyze system requirements, including identifying program interactions and appropriate interfaces.
- Write and/or review system specifications, including output requirements and flow charts.
- Make recommendations regarding the development of new code or reuse of existing code.
- You will participate in software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Ensure proper analysis of problems and programming approaches to prevent rework and schedule slippage.
- Assist in preparing and updating project plans.
- May lead assigned projects, including assigning tasks, coordinating efforts, and monitoring performance.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant development or engineering experience
- Previous experience with ServiceNow engineering and development is required.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow IT Modules (i.e., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM/ SPM, GRC/ IRM, SecOps, Vulnerability Response, Service Portal, SAM Pro, Integration Hub, and/or Performance Analytics.)
- Development skills in JavaScript on the ServiceNow Platform
- Experience with integrations (e.g., REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, JDBC, Orchestration, etc.)
- Experience with Scoped Applications
- Experience with Flow Designer, preferred
- Experience with Integration Hub, preferred
- Experience with Service Portal, preferred
- ServiceNow Certification is a plus: Certified Application Developer
Ability to:
Flexibility to occasionally work a non-standard shift including nights and/or weekends.
