Primary Responsibilities:
  • Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments
  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability and cost optimization
  • Deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads in multi-cloud environments
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation, or Bicep
  • Ensure security, compliance, and governance across both cloud platforms
  • Drive adoption of monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch)
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps best practices across both ecosystems
  • Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Define and enforce DevOps standards, processes, and best practices for multi-cloud environments
  • Manage workload distribution, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Act as a technical advisor for cloud architecture and automation strategies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, Security) to align DevOps initiatives with business goals
  • Drive innovation and adoption of new tools and technologies to improve efficiency
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering roles, with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Solid hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, App Services, Networking) and AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, ECS/EKS)
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation, Bicep)
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker)
  • Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Excellent understanding of cloud security, networking, and compliance across Azure and AWS

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert and AWS Solutions Architect
  • Experience in managing distributed teams
  • Experience with Helm charts, Kubernetes operators, and service mesh
  • Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and hybrid environments

Soft Skills:
  • Solid leadership and team-building capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
