Within the Wireless Internet of Things group, Ceva is offering you to be a member of our Hardware Radio team in Athens which is established after the acquisition of MEICSi by CEVA.
About the Role:
In this role you will take part in the development of the cutting-edge future communication technologies including: MIMO Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Transceivers.
Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the design and verification of high-end RF blocks that meet the required specifications. Work closely with Layout Engineers and perform layout reviews. Support the system design of the receiver and transmitter chains. Extract block level specifications from high-level standard requirements. Generate design documentation reports and participate in design reviews. Support post-silicon verification and debugging tasks with electrical measurements in the Lab. Support customers.
Requirements- PhD or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent field with specific knowledge of RF analog circuit design and RF system design.
- Principal experience level with more than 12 years of experience in RF/Analog IC Design in nanometer planar CMOS or FinFET technologies. Circuits of interest are Power Amplifiers, LNAs, RF switches, Poly-phase filters, VGAs, Mixers. Low voltage and low power CMOS design technique knowledge in nanometer technologies is essential.
- Experience in system design of Wireless OFDM CMOS transceivers, definition of sub-blocks specifications.
- Understanding of Wireless Modem algorithms, e.g. DPD, DC-Offset calibration, IQ mismatch calibration, AGC calibration.
- Knowledge of PCB RF board requirements for the evaluation of the Wireless transceivers.
- Experience with Cadence IC design tools.
- Experience writing reports and technical documentation.
- Team player with communication abilities.
- Flexibility and dynamic thinking.
- Good organization and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in English.
