Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
- Source applicants through databases, employee referrals, social media, networking, career and job fairs.
- Coordinate, attend and conduct interviews with managers and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Foster a positive work environment through leading and participating in employee engagement initiatives.
- Support benefit enrollment and plan administration.

- Hands-on approach with a willingness to go the extra mile to meet deadlines and objectives.
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study
- Proven experience as a Recruiter
- Experience as an HR generalist and/or benefits administrator is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, along with HRIS, payroll and benefit systems, applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification credential.
- HRCI PHR Certified Professional or Talent Acquisition Specialty certification credential.
- AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or LinkedIn Certified Professional
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
