Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead HR for our Corporate and Shared Services Teams as well triage escalated Employee Relations issues.
The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner role requires a strong partnership with the corporate and shared service leadership team and the Employee Relations/Legal Organization to deliver on strategic objectives and skillfully manage through complex organizational challenges. Serving on the HRBP Leadership team, the Sr. Manager supports the development and deployment of People processes and programs while also leading a team of HR Managers and collaborating with HR Shared Services to ensure effective management of corporate and shared service HR needs. As a leader within the LifeStance organization, it is critical for this individual to champion our mission, vision, and values through partnership with leadership, key stakeholders, and team members to enable compassionate, evidence-based decision making.
Compensation: $120,000 - 140,000/annually
Responsibilities:

Ensure a strong link between Corporate and Shared Services priorities; developing and cascading communications to maximize engagement and understanding

Develop and implement HR plan to drive in-year business priorities using data-based decision-making

Manage, develop and lead a team of HR professionals

Provide guidance and confidential decision-making for broader HR function

Ensure strong alignment between Onboarding, L&D, HR Managers and people managers for support business lines

Manage program implementation for performance review, merit, and bonuses

Engage, inspire & develop people, establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments accordingly

Manage crises and determine actions; escalate to key stakeholders on risk mitigation strategies

Provide escalation and consultation on employee relations issues for Corporate and Shared Services

Develop and deploy employee engagement strategies

Develop and deploy policies, procedures, and process maps
-
Understand employee communication needs and determine change management strategy
-
Advise Corporate and Shared Service leadership team on strategic and operational labor matters
-
Collaborate with COEs to ensure strong HR service delivery
-
Introduce market data, benchmarking, local market knowledge, etc., to inform HR planning and strategy
Skills & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
-
10+ years of experience in HR or relevant HR Business Partner experience
-
5+ years of employee relations and state specific labor laws
-
SHRM or PHR certification
-
Strong analytical acumen, reporting analysis required

Experience with WorkDay strongly preferred

Direct experience in change management, process standardization, and developing efficient workflows

Great at influencing through strong relationships, expertise, and data

Demonstrated effectiveness in a leadership role

Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders

Exceptional communication skills and ability to understand how to communicate large, complex change

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
