You are an HR technology professional who helps accelerate responsible AI and automation across Human Resources. In this role, you will combine HR domain knowledge, practical technical fluency, project leadership, and change management to deliver secure, effective, and measurable solutions that improve HR teammate, employee and candidate experiences, reduce manual work, and enable HR teams to focus on higher-value priorities.
Your Skills:
- Technical Fluency: Working knowledge of APIs, data flows, automation tools, prompt design, and analytics needed to support practical AI and automation solutions.
- HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of core HR programs, processes, and policies across multiple HR disciplines.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate HR pain points and manual work into measurable opportunities, hypotheses, and experiments.
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to build trust and work effectively with HR leaders, HR teams, IT, Legal, Security, and analytics partners.

Your Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, compliance, and user experience across Human Resources.
- Translate HR workflows into practical automation and AI solutions that reduce manual work and support better decision-making.
- Partner with SME’s to develop and execute the design, testing, and implementation of solutions that may include HR systems, automation tools, APIs, analytics, and generative AI capabilities where appropriate.
- Lead medium-complexity projects from discovery through launch, coordinating timelines, scope, stakeholders, vendors, and delivery milestones.
- Drive adoption through effective change management, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement plans.
- Partner with HR Analytics, IT, Legal, and Security to ensure solutions meet standards for data quality, privacy, equity, and compliance.
- Partner with stakeholders to establish sustainable utilization of solutions at an operational level by documenting processes, monitoring performance, and identifying issues or improvement opportunities after launch.
- Build AI fluency across HR by coaching partners on responsible use, effective prompting, and automation best practices.
- Measure impact through adoption, time savings, quality improvements, and employee or candidate experience outcomes, and use insights to continuously improve solutions.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology, people analytics, HR operations, or a related field, with direct involvement in automation, systems improvement, or AI-enabled projects.
- Demonstrated success managing medium-complexity, cross-functional projects and driving work from planning through implementation.
- Experience supporting change management, training, communications, or adoption efforts for new tools, processes, or workflows.
- Working knowledge of at least two of the following: HR systems, SQL, APIs, automation platforms, prompt design, analytics tools, or scripting languages such as Python.
- Working knowledge of core HR processes and strong interest in applying AI and automation to improve business outcomes.
Compensation: The pay range for this position, based out of the Brooks Seattle HQ, is $98,286 - $147,428 per year. Base pay offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
