Senior Human Resources (HR) Operations Coordinator

Join our team! The Senior Human Resources (HR) Operations Coordinator will provide support for the North America HR operations and compliance team. The senior coordinator will undertake various HR administrative duties including HR project support and advising on clearly defined HR policies and processes. The coordinator will be responsible for designing and developing US HR compliance training programs and materials to ensure our employees are fully informed of the laws and regulations based on where they live and work. The coordinator will collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create interactive and effective HR Compliance learning. Also, the coordinator will have broad knowledge of the HR function as well as general administrative responsibilities to support various HR projects.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Senior Human Resources (HR) Operations Coordinator you will:
- Responsible for creating, updating and implementing HR Compliance Trainings for employees and managers using Workday Learning Platform
- Provide operational support and advice to HR
- Develop, analyze reports independently and work with HR Digital team accordingly
- Partners with third party vendors to ensure SLA’s are met and the objectives align with the business
- Provides HR Administrative support to HR projects
- Respond to HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars as needed
- Provide administrative support for new hires (I’9 and background check support)
- Produce and submit reports regarding HR activity
- Create, protects and files written correspondence and data associated with employees.
- Contributes to a project as a team member and may take ownership of certain elements of the project, providing support and input to actions and overall objectives.
About You
You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
- 3-5 years of work experience in a human resources department
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Workday (i.e. WD Learning)
- Experience with designing and developing e-learning compliance training programs.
- Familiar with accessibility guidelines.
