We are seeking an experienced Sr. HR Generalist, you will serve as a trusted HR partner supporting full-cycle recruitment, compensation initiatives, and core HR programs for a diverse manufacturing organization.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will partner with leaders across the business to deliver talent acquisition, compensation, and HR operational support. This role plays a key part in attracting top talent, supporting compensation programs, and ensuring efficient HR processes that enable business success.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for professional, technical, and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, required qualifications, competencies, and success profiles.
- Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, coordinate interview panels, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate communications, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities.
- Build talent pipelines for difficult-to-fill and recurring positions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Compensation & HR Support
- Support salary offers, promotions, job evaluations, market pricing, and other compensation activities.
- Assist managers with compensation guidelines and HR policies.
- Prepare HR analyses, reports, and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Participate in annual compensation programs, including salary planning and incentive administration.
HR Operations
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, onboarding, organizational changes, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and HR processes.
- Maintain HR systems and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting and HR processes.
- Support HR projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support workforce planning and decision-making.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 4+ years of Human Resources experience, including full-cycle recruiting.
- Experience recruiting technical, manufacturing, engineering, operations, finance, supply chain, sales, or professional positions.
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Knowledge of compensation principles and experience supporting salary recommendations and job evaluations.
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR systems.
Preferred
- Manufacturing experience.
- Experience supporting compensation programs.
- Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
