Senior Human Resources Business PartnerJob DescriptionBased in Chelmsford, MA (on-site 4 days a week), The Senior Human Resources Business Partner will work in close partnership with our Operations, Manufacturing and Quality teams, developing and executing strategic workforce plans to drive organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture. This individual will fully understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work and will support the business with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the overall employee experience.
What you will do:
- Partner with client groups and the HR COEs to develop and execute strategies focused on enhancing talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement.
- Support organizational change adoption and cultural transformation strategies to enable business strategy execution
- Establishes strategies and tactics to attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent to support the growth objectives, opportunities, and strategies of the business.
- Provides insights in a simple, creative, and relevant way that challenges current thinking, informs business decisions, and shows how decisions impact business outcomes
- Advises leaders in solving complex issues related to organization design, development, culture, engagement and change leadership
- Works with clients to implement and manage key HR processes, such as organization design and effectiveness, performance management, talent management, succession planning and compensation planning
- Brings best practice and external perspectives to strategic and operational business discussions and people management decision-making.
- Develops and analyzes data to guide business leaders in the execution of people strategies.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or other relevant program along with 5+ years of Business Partnering experience
- Very strong business acumen and the ability to work effectively across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies
- Organizational design and change management experience
- Strong project management experience
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills with ability to build credible partnerships with leaders, managers, HR colleagues and employees across the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
- Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization
- Self-starter who is ready to take on challenges that stretch their capabilities
- Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
